
Fabrication
We use a mixture of organic, reclaimed, and deadstock fabrics to reduce a negative impact on the environment. We source our fabrics this way as it is a more sustainable approach and promotes the circular economy.
Organic
We use organic fabric as this cuts out the use of harmful chemicals used in the production and sourcing of the fabric. The organic fabrics we currently use is GOTS certified.
Reclaimed/Recycled
We currently source for reclaimed/recycled fabric from different suppliers. One organisation we have sourced from is a charitable organisation with a focus on sustainable development and education. We believe in what the organisation works to achieve and hope to introduce a social enterprise aspect to the brand in the future.
Deadstock
Using deadstock is another means of producing garments more sustainably, brands and wholesalers usually have deadstock fabrics when it comes to the end of a season or if they have stopped producing a certain style in that fabric. This is a means of how brands and wholesalers recycle their unwanted/unused fabrics.
STOCK
As we produce garments in small batches to avoid waste, once the item is out of stock the exact style will not likely be reproduced.Depending on demand we may bring back the style of the garment. However, it will be in a different fabric variation due to the way we source our fabrics. We will update the website with new product shots when the fabric changes. If you are set on a definite style that is not currently in stock drop us an email to selah@weareigor.com and we will aim to meet your request.
Manufacturing
We currently manufacture our collections with an ethical manufacturer based in London, England. Our manufacturing partner is an ethical supplier that focuses on sustainability.
Delivery
We currently only offer shipping in the UK, but we will be offering international delivery in due time. Sign up to our mailing list to receive updates about international delivery.
Standard UK Shipping
After your order is placed it takes us one working day to process the order.
Cost of shipping is £6.50 and will take up to 3-5 working days for you to receive your item(s).
International Shipping
Europe
After your order is placed it takes us one working day to process the order.
Cost of shipping is £15 and will take up to 5-7 working days for you to receive your item(s).
Rest Of World
After your order is placed it takes us one working day to process the order.
Cost of shipping is £30 and will take up to 7-10 working days for you to receive your item(s).
Customs
Any import customs and/or tax charges are your responsibility

RETURNS
If you wish to make a return, send an email to selah@weareigor.com with the subject title RETURN.
We accept returns up to 14 days from the delivery date of the item. We are unable to process returns past this point.
All returned items must be returned back in the original condition that you received the item (this includes all original packaging). The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. If the item is returned in an unsatisfactory state you will not be issued with a refund.
The shipping cost is non-refundable and the cost to return the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Do keep a receipt of the proof of postage, this will ensure that both parties are protected.
Once we have received your item(s) back we will inspect it. We will notify you that we have received the item(s) and whether your refund has been accepted. From the receipt of your email, please allow up to 14 working days to receive the amount credited back to the original method of payment.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange, send an email to selah@weareigor.com with the subject title EXCHANGE.
The time period to make an exchange is 14 days from the delivery date of the item. The item must be returned in original condition (this includes all original packaging).
The shipping cost is non-refundable and the cost to return the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Do keep a receipt of the proof of postage, this will ensure that both parties are protected.
Once we have received your item(s) back we will inspect it. We will notify you that we have received the item(s) and will proceed to deal with your exchange. Please allow up to six working days to receive your item, this gives time for processing and delivery.
If the item you want to exchange your item with is no longer in stock we will notify you and issue you with a refund. The time process for a refund will be the same as a refund request. Please allow up to 14 working days to receive the amount credited back to the original method of payment.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
